What is corporate culture many would say is just the way we do things around here. But one thing we should never do is underestimate the mighty power of what is corporate culture when it comes to the organization or the group culture within our leadership team of which we are responsible. Harness What Is Corporate Culture By Developing A Vision Statement For Your Group. It is important to make sure that all of the leaders have a part in writing this statement and that they sign off on it in blood. The vision statement should reflect where we are going as a group.
